Job Title: Medical Billing Assistant

Company: Max Well Therapy

Location: Flint, MI

Pay: $13 – 15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 to $15 for a “Medical Billing Assistant” in Flint, MI, is generally below the national average for similar positions, which typically ranges from $16 to $20 per hour depending on experience and location. While it may be competitive for entry-level roles or in areas with lower living costs, the rate may not attract skilled candidates or align well with broader industry standards, especially considering inflation and the specialized nature of medical billing tasks. Given recent trends in healthcare compensation, employers in Flint may need to adjust their rates to remain competitive and attract qualified professionals.
