Job description:

Orandi Allergy and Asthma Center, a privately owned medical practice serving West Michigan and beyond for over six years, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support in a busy healthcare environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and checking in patients
  • Processing payments
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering phone inquiries
  • Contacting referrals
  • Verifying insurance coverage
  • Maintaining patient records
  • Processing incoming and outgoing faxes
  • Sending appointment reminder texts
  • Managing in-office texting applications
  • Scanning documentation into patient charts
  • Preparing out-of-pocket cost estimates
  • Creating encounters within the EMR system, EPIC

Job Type: Full-time

Hours:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:15 AM – 5:00 PM (Unpaid Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
  • Tuesday: 9:15 AM – 6:30 PM (Unpaid Lunch: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM)
    Pay: $18.00 per hour
