The Member Experience Associate will play a crucial role in helping members and guests enhance their lives through health and fitness. Key responsibilities include:

– Effectively communicating with team members and gym members
– Conducting tours and providing a warm welcome to customers
– Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the gym
– Managing membership and training sales
– Delivering exceptional customer service
– Overseeing opening and closing duties
– Managing communications via phone, email, text, and app
– Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others
– Welcoming and assisting new and existing members with inquiries, tours, and membership sign-ups
– Actively participating in local community events

Qualifications:
