Job Summary
The Member Services Representative plays a key role in delivering an outstanding member experience by providing exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
– Warmly greet members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
– Manage all front desk operations, including:
– Answering phone calls in a friendly manner and assisting callers with diverse inquiries.
– Checking members into the system.
– Facilitating new member sign-ups.
– Conducting tours for prospective members.
– Processing necessary updates to member accounts.
– Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as necessary.
– Contributing to the upkeep and cleanliness of the club facilities.

Qualifications/Requirements
– Proven experience in customer service is preferred.
