Role Summary
The Team Member plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional member experience by offering superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests with a warm welcome and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage all front desk operations, including:
    • Answering phone calls in a friendly manner and assisting callers with various inquiries.
    • Checking members into the system efficiently.
    • Facilitating new member sign-ups.
    • Conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Performing necessary updates to members’ accounts.
    • Responding to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as necessary.
    • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications and Requirements
