Role Summary
As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional member experience by providing outstanding customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
  • Manage all front desk activities, including:
    • Answering phones warmly and assisting callers with various inquiries.
    • Checking members into the system efficiently.
    • Facilitating new member sign-ups.
    • Providing tours to prospective members.
    • Updating member accounts as necessary.
    • Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when needed.
    • Assisting in maintaining the club’s cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
