Job Description
Job Title: Membership Director
Company: YMCA
Location: Dayton, OH
Pay: $43888 per year
AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate of $43,888 per year for a Membership Director in Dayton, OH, we first convert this figure to an hourly wage by dividing it by the average annual hours worked (approximately 2,080 hours, assuming full-time). This results in an hourly rate of about $21.10. Considering national trends, the typical salary for a Membership Director varies widely depending on factors such as experience, the size of the organization, and responsibilities, often ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 annually. In the context of Dayton, where the cost of living is lower than the national average, this figure might be competitive, especially for entry-level positions, but appears somewhat below industry standards for mid-level roles. Overall, while it could be considered acceptable in some contexts, it likely falls short of attracting experienced candidates in the field.
