Job Title: Memory Care Caregiver

Company: Brookdale Austintown

Location: Austintown, OH

Pay: $14 – 16.04 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $16.04 for a Memory Care Caregiver in Austintown, OH, is somewhat competitive but may be on the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards. Typically, caregiver positions, especially in specialized areas like memory care, can range from $15 to $20 per hour depending on factors such as experience, certification, and demand. Given that Austintown is part of the Youngstown-Warren metropolitan area, which has a lower cost of living compared to larger cities, this rate may attract some candidates; however, to retain experienced caregivers, higher wages may be necessary, especially considering the emotional and physical demands of the role. Overall, while the offered rate is functional, it might benefit from adjustments to align more closely with the needs of both caregivers and the community they serve.
