AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 – $17.73 for a Memory Care Caregiver in Ann Arbor, MI, is generally aligned with industry standards, though it may be on the lower end. According to recent data, caregiver wages in Michigan typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, with higher rates in urban areas reflecting cost of living and demand.
