Job Title: Memory Care Caregiver

Company: Brookdale Senior Living

Location: Farmington Hills, MI

Pay: $16 – 17.73 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $17.73 for a Memory Care Caregiver in Farmington Hills, MI, is somewhat competitive but on the lower end compared to industry standards. As of recent data, caregiver wages typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and the specific employer. In Michigan, caregivers in memory care settings usually earn closer to the upper end of this range, particularly given the increasing demand for skilled workers in this field. Therefore, while this rate may attract entry-level applicants, it might struggle to retain experienced caregivers or meet the rising cost of living in the area.
