As a member of our dynamic team at Marshalls, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging with all customers, exemplifying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while being cross-trained to support various areas of the store according to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
– Exemplify established customer experience practices in interactions with both internal and external customers.
– Foster and promote a positive store culture characterized by honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Accurately process customer purchases and returns, ensuring correct change is given in accordance with established operating procedures.
– Advocate for credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
– Uphold merchandising philosophy while following established procedures and standards meticulously.
– Efficiently process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, adhering to company policies.
– Participate in store recovery efforts as necessary throughout the day.
– Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor and contribute to the overall maintenance of the store.
– Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback to support team development.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Engage in initiatives aimed at reducing store shrinkage.
– Promote a culture of safety awareness and maintain a secure environment.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
