In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieved through engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may receive cross-training to support various areas of the store as business needs arise.

  • Model exemplary customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
  • Foster and embody a positive store culture characterized by honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, ensuring proper change is returned in accordance with established operating procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Uphold merchandising standards and follow established procedures to maintain an effective presentation of merchandise.
  • Accurately prepare and process merchandise for the sales floor in line with company guidelines.
  • Actively participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
  • Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor while contributing to the overall cleanliness of the store.
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback within the team.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support and engage in store shrink reduction initiatives and programs.
  • Participate in safety awareness efforts to maintain a secure environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
