  • Exemplify outstanding customer service practices with both internal and external customers.
  • Promote a positive store culture founded on principles of honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, providing correct change in line with established procedures.
  • Advocate for credit and loyalty programs.
  • Uphold merchandising standards and ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Efficiently prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company guidelines.
  • Engage in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
  • Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and recovery throughout the sales floor and store.
  • Accept and provide recognition as well as constructive feedback.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Contribute to store shrink reduction initiatives and programs.
  • Participate in promoting safety awareness and maintaining a secure environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
