The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience through meaningful engagement with all customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining an organized store environment. This role adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may require cross-training in various store areas to support business needs.

  • Exemplifies established customer experience practices when interacting with both internal and external customers.
  • Fosters a positive store culture grounded in honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Accurately processes customer purchases and returns, providing correct change in accordance with established operating procedures.
  • Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
  • Maintains and adheres to merchandising philosophy and follows established procedures and standards.
  • Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor accurately, in line with company standards.
  • Actively participates in store recovery as necessary throughout the day.
  • Upholds organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and contributes to the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the store.
  • Receives and provides recognition and constructive feedback.
  • Complies with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Supports store shrink reduction initiatives and programs.
  • Participates in safety awareness to maintain a secure environment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
