Job Description
Job Title: Merchandising Swing Representative (Retail Chain Team)
Company: Great Lakes Wine and Spirits
Location: Plymouth, MI
Pay: $37500 per year
AI Pay Analysis: An annual salary of $37,500 translates to an hourly rate of approximately $18.03. For a “Merchandising Swing Representative” in retail, this rate appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum. According to industry standards, such roles in retail merchandising typically range from $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and geographical location. In Plymouth, MI, factors such as the cost of living and average wages in retail can also influence competitiveness. In summary, while the offer may attract entry-level candidates, it does not align well with prevailing wage rates for this role and location, suggesting it could be uncompetitive in attracting and retaining qualified talent.
