Job Title: Mid Shift Maintenance Person – Part Time – $16.00 per Hour – Hocking Hills Lodge & Conference Center

Company: Hocking Hills State Park Lodge

Location: Logan, OH

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 for a “Mid Shift Maintenance Person – Part Time” position at Hocking Hills Lodge & Conference Center in Logan, OH, is generally considered below the competitive range for maintenance roles in the area, especially within hospitality where rates may vary. As of October 2023, maintenance workers in similar settings often earn between $17 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. The cost of living in Ohio, including Logan, tends to be lower than the national average, but wages for skilled roles like maintenance personnel have been climbing due to labor shortages. Therefore, while $16 may attract some candidates, revising the pay rate could help attract more qualified applicants and improve job retention.
