BASIC FUNCTION & JOB DUTIES:
In this role, you will perform a variety of front desk functions, including but not limited to guest check-in and check-out, promoting sales programs, maintaining guest records, and cash handling. You will be responsible for auditing the previous day’s receipts to ensure accuracy, generating reports, and confirming data correctness. Additionally, you may assist with breakfast setup, which may involve food preparation, service, or cleaning. As the primary team member present during most of your shift, you will need to work independently and ensure the safety and security of guests during overnight hours.

You will provide courteous, efficient, and friendly service to all guests and potential guests, addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly with a positive service attitude.
