Job Title: Nursing Assistant

Company: Trustwell Living

Location: Fairfield, OH

Pay: $15 – 16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $16 for a Nursing Assistant in Fairfield, OH, is generally below the national average, which typically ranges from $18 to $20, depending on experience and specific job duties. In Ohio, the average is closer to the lower end of that spectrum, but the offered rate may still fall short, especially considering factors like regional cost of living and demand for healthcare workers. Evaluating local job postings and comparing similar roles in the area indicates that while this rate might attract entry-level candidates, it may not be competitive enough to retain experienced staff or meet the expectations of qualified applicants.
