What You’ll Do:

  • Support operations, human resources, and finance functions as a cross-functional partner. Demonstrate creativity in problem-solving and provide administrative support to a diverse range of stakeholders, including leadership and plant associates.
  • Compile analytical reports for operational use.
  • Review accounts payable invoices daily to ensure accuracy and appropriate general ledger coding.
  • Process Bills of Lading post-shipment to ensure correct billing and document retention.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by compiling requested documents and conducting necessary research.
  • Validate customer returns by verifying return reasons and ensuring the accuracy of product quantities and SKUs.
  • Manage general office responsibilities and supply purchases.
  • Plan, set up, and manage events, including meetings, meal purchases, and plant-related activities.
  • Provide desktop support, collaborating with the IT department as needed to resolve issues.
  • Organize and file documents as required.
  • Accommodate plant guests effectively.
  • Manage the Access Control System by creating and terminating access badges as necessary.
  • Support the customer service team in resolving requests for Bills of Lading and addressing invoicing discrepancies.
  • Occasionally serve as a backup to the HR Business Partner for New Hire Onboarding and employee inquiries.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role that includes office management responsibilities.
