Job Title: Overnight Caregiver

Company:

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $16 – 18 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $18 for an Overnight Caregiver in Grand Rapids, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards, which usually range from about $15 to $25 per hour depending on experience, certifications, and specific job duties. Factors such as the demand for caregivers in the area, cost of living, and competition with similar roles also influence pay rates. Overall, while the offered range may be suitable for entry-level positions, more experienced caregivers or those with specialized skills may find this pay less competitive, suggesting potential for improvement to attract and retain qualified staff.
