Responsibilities
As a Care Professional, your day will involve traveling to the homes of your assigned clients. We carefully match CarePros to clients based on their needs. Tasks may include light housekeeping, companionship, outings, medical appointments, personal care (such as bathing and grooming), medication reminders, and support with other activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs). Please note that you will not be required to perform skilled nursing tasks, such as administering medications or wound care, and you will never be sent to a client’s home alone for the first visit. A senior care manager will accompany you on your initial visit to provide support and facilitate introductions. We provide 24/7 on-call support to ensure our employees feel well-supported and valued.
