Job Summary
The Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) plays a pivotal role in ensuring a positive experience for Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. This position entails delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the seamless closure of the business day, including the preparation of an accurate bank deposit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome members, prospective members, and guests with outstanding customer service.
  • Execute all front desk activities, including:
    • Answering phone calls in a courteous manner and assisting with a variety of inquiries.
    • Checking members into the system.
    • Facilitating new member sign-ups.
    • Conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Updating member accounts as necessary.
    • Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as required.
    • Contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the club.
    • Closing the shift for that business day.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills are essential.
