Role Summary:
As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional member experience by providing outstanding customer service to our valued members, prospective members, and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet members, prospective members, and guests while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Manage all front desk operations, including:
- Answering phone calls in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Checking in members, processing new member sign-ups, and providing tours for prospective members.
- Facilitating necessary updates to members’ accounts.
- Addressing member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary.
- Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Preferred experience in customer service.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A genuine passion for fitness and health.
- A positive and energetic demeanor.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage positively and professionally with both members and colleagues, consistently exceeding expectations.

- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
