Role Summary:
The Overnight Team Member plays a crucial role in delivering a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. As an Overnight Closer, you will be responsible for finalizing the day’s operations, which includes accurately completing the bank deposit for the following day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Greet members, prospective members, and guests while delivering outstanding customer service.
– Manage front desk activities, including:
– Answering phone calls in a friendly manner and assisting callers with various inquiries.
– Checking members into the system.
– Signing up new members.
– Conducting tours for prospective members.
– Facilitating updates to member accounts as needed.
– Responding to member inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating to the Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary.
– Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.
– Closing out the shift for the business day.
– Preparing the bank deposit for the next day.

Qualifications/Requirements:
– Customer service experience is preferred.
– Basic computer proficiency is required.
