Job Details:
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
- Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 11 PM – 7:30 AM
- Compensation: $24.00 per hour (inclusive of shift differential)
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of pre-hire tests, which may include drug screening and background checks as permitted by local or state laws.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Verify and prepare repackaging materials and equipment for production runs.
- Set up and changeover packaging machines for production, adhering to work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs), while effectively identifying and resolving issues during these processes.
- Operate packaging equipment, troubleshoot, and make necessary adjustments according to work standards, following escalation protocols when issues cannot be resolved independently.
- Repackage raw materials into finished products that comply with packaging specifications and meet all quality standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance personnel when mechanical issues require technical support.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the production room and equipment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in understanding batch record information and utilize basic mathematical skills to accurately document and prepare information.
- Operate under 5S principles and guidelines to promote efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
- Engage actively in all required technical, compliance, and operational training.
- Assist in training new operators alongside the Operator III – Packaging Machine.
- Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), safety regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain a tidy workspace throughout the shift.
- Work collaboratively with the AHP operations team to achieve and exceed quality and production goals.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting the efficiency and effectiveness of the production line.
- Collaborate with supportive functions, such as quality assurance, to address issues that hinder operational goals.
- Carry out additional related duties as assigned.

Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Preferred: Associate’s degree, vocational program completion, or certification in manufacturing operations.
- Required: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or an equivalent combination of experience and education. A minimum of two (2) years of manufacturing experience is required, with at least one (1) year in pharmaceutical manufacturing or another regulated industry preferred.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements:
- Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending the English language for documentation, product labeling, and instructions. Strong written skills necessary for compliance documentation.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, fostering cooperative working relationships in a team environment.

- Capability to apply good judgment to execute detailed instructions.
