Job Position Description:

This part-time position requires working three days a week for four hours each day (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The pay rate is $15 per hour. The primary responsibility of this role is to foster a cleaner and healthier office environment for our clients by adhering to a designated task list. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performing all cleaning duties for facilities utilizing ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
• Conducting cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, managing waste, cleaning interior windows, dusting, maintaining bathrooms, stairwells, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment while reporting any shortages when necessary.
• Adhering to the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Opening and securing the facility/suite.
• Possessing 1-2 years of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is advantageous but not mandatory.
• On-the-job training will be provided for candidates demonstrating a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Experience working in a professional janitorial environment, such as office complexes, hotels, hospitals, or schools, is beneficial.
• Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment are essential.
• Contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere through a pleasant demeanor and reliability, including punctuality and uniform adherence.
• Demonstrating respect and understanding towards co-workers and clients.
• Proficiency in English communication or the ability to utilize a translation tool is required.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• The role necessitates constant standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching overhead, and forward. Candidates must be capable of lifting and/or carrying up to 25 pounds.
