Job description:

We are seeking a Part-Time Food Production Associate to join our team at Gordon Food Service Store. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage in a dynamic retail environment while contributing to our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sliced meats and cheeses (must be at least 18 years old to operate the meat slicer) and assemble sandwiches and wraps.
  • Juice ingredients for customer beverages.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Assist in various areas, including stocking, cashiering, or other food production tasks during slower periods.
  • Operate the Rotisserie Oven for cooking up to three times a day.
  • Utilize the broaster for cooking chicken tenders, wings, and other items as needed.
  • Monitor and record temperatures of cooked and cold foods.
  • Change oil in broasters as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 16 years.
