This position entails ensuring a clean and healthy medical environment within our ancillary building through the performance of key duties and responsibilities. As part of your role, you will engage in medical cleaning activities, which include sanitizing exam rooms, and maintaining cleanliness in the lobby, break room, bathrooms, and other non-surgical procedure areas. The schedule consists of a five-day work week for four hours each evening, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, at a rate of $15 per hour.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Execute all cleaning duties for facilities using the designated ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
• Tasks include, but are not limited to, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, managing trash, cleaning windows, and rearranging chairs and wheeled equipment.
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment to ensure readiness.
• Utilize proper personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Ensure thorough cleanliness in all areas, including the kitchen/break room, lobby/hallway, exam rooms, offices, and bathrooms.
• Set up safety hazard signs within the building, such as “wet floor” signs, as necessary.
• Previous experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper (0–1 year) is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• On-the-job training will be provided to candidates demonstrating a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Experience with professional janitorial services, office complexes, hotels, hospitals, or schools is a plus.
• The ability to adapt, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks is essential.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:
