Role Summary
The Team Member will play a key role in enhancing the member experience through exceptional customer service, engaging with Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Perform various front desk activities, including:
    • Answering phones in a friendly manner and addressing a range of inquiries.
    • Checking members into the system.
    • Assisting with new member sign-ups.
    • Conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Facilitating necessary updates to member accounts.
    • Responding promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns; elevating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as appropriate.
    • Contributing to the maintenance of a clean and organized club environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in computer skills.
  • A genuine passion for fitness and health.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills; ability to interact positively and professionally with members and co-workers, consistently exceeding member expectations.

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
