Job description:

Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying the principles of customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained in various store areas to support business needs.

• Role models established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
• Supports and fosters a positive store culture grounded in honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately processes customer purchases and returns, providing correct change according to established procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs actively.
• Maintains the merchandising philosophy and adheres to established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company policies and standards.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Upholds organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and contributes to the overall maintenance of the store.
• Accepts and provides recognition and constructive feedback.
• Complies with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction initiatives and programs.
• Engages in safety awareness to maintain a secure environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
