If so, we invite you to apply for the Office Administrator position, where you will be integral to our Cincinnati and Columbus locations. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office operations by managing supplies, scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and optimizing overall workflow.
  • Serve as the welcoming face of KPFF, professionally greeting guests and handling calls.
  • Support your team by managing schedules and coordinating office logistics, including onboarding new employees, assisting visitors, and handling building requests.
  • Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting minor issues before they escalate.
  • Collaborate with fellow Office Administrators within the Latitude “OpsTeam,” providing assistance across multiple office locations as needed.
  • Coordinate with IT teams and property managers to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Assist in planning events, celebrations, and team gatherings, highlighting our commitment to fostering a vibrant workplace culture.
  • Adapt your work style to best accommodate your schedule while ensuring the team receives the necessary support and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster a smooth working atmosphere.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Familiarity with event planning and coordination of team activities is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the engineering, construction, or technical industry is a plus.

Additional Information:

This part-time, non-exempt position offers a minimum compensation of $25 per hour. The role is primarily based in our downtown Cincinnati office, with expected monthly visits to support our Columbus office. Weekly hours will vary, ranging from 20 to 32, and will be scheduled in advance with the team leader. The position reports to the Cincinnati Team Leader.
