You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adherence to all operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards is required. You may also be cross-trained to work across multiple areas of the store as business needs dictate.

  • Model established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
  • Foster a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Accurately process customer purchases and returns according to established procedures, ensuring correct change is given.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs enthusiastically.
  • Maintain merchandising philosophy and adhere to established merchandising procedures and standards.
  • Accurately prepare and process merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
  • Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
  • Uphold all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor, contributing to the maintenance of the entire store.
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support and participate in initiatives for store shrink reduction.
  • Engage in safety awareness to help maintain a safe environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
