Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver a fun and memorable shopping experience while assisting with store operations and meeting sales goals.
Essential Job Functions
- Exceed personal and store sales goals while maintaining performance standards.
- Accurately perform all operational and loss prevention procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store and ensure an organized stockroom.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding store needs.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends.
- Complete all point-of-sale transactions as required.

Job Requirements
