Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver a fun and memorable shopping experience while assisting with store operations and meeting sales goals.

Essential Job Functions

  • Exceed personal and store sales goals while maintaining performance standards.
  • Accurately perform all operational and loss prevention procedures in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain the visual appeal of the store and ensure an organized stockroom.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding store needs.
  • Stay updated on current fashion trends.
  • Complete all point-of-sale transactions as required.
  • Execute all assigned tasks and responsibilities in a timely manner.
  • Provide a comprehensive customer service experience.
  • Fulfill training requirements and embody the Journeys culture.

Job Requirements

  • Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
