As an ALDI Cashier or Stocker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience within a collaborative team environment. Note: Training for this position will take place at a nearby location until the new store opens.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Cashier Responsibilities:

  • Process customer purchases while maintaining general cleanliness and neatness in stocked shelves and merchandise displays.

  • Provide constructive feedback to management regarding products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general operational issues.
  • Participate in store inventory counts in accordance with guidelines, ensuring accuracy in inventory management.
  • Adhere strictly to cash handling policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Stocker Responsibilities:

  • Ensure shelves are stocked and product rotation is conducted properly, guaranteeing availability of fresh items for customers.
  • Follow merchandising planograms to create well-organized and visually appealing displays.
  • Organize new inventory and efficiently handle empty boxes.
  • Operate machinery while adhering to all safety procedures.

Physical Demands:
