POSITION SUMMARY
In this role, you will not only facilitate seamless check-in and check-out processes but will also curate memorable and distinctive experiences for our guests. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will take initiative in delivering a wide range of services that will enhance guests’ overall stay. Your role will empower you to navigate your environment and take necessary actions, whether that involves addressing operational needs, fulfilling guest requests, completing reports, or showcasing the local area’s highlights. Your interactions with guests will transform transactional moments into elements of the overall experience.
Success in this position relies on a few critical factors: fostering a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding quality standards, and presenting yourself with professionalism in your appearance and communications. Guest Experience Experts will be active on their feet, requiring prolonged periods of standing, sitting, or walking, and engaging in hands-on work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance. Excelling in these responsibilities, along with other reasonable job duties as assigned, is essential for ensuring a positive experience for our guests and contributing to our business’s success.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: No prior related work experience is required.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience necessary.
