Company: Norwill Healthcare Services, LLC.

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay: $15 – 17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $17 for a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) in Cleveland, OH, is generally considered competitive, though it may vary based on specific qualifications, experience, and job responsibilities. As of 2023, wages for PCAs in Ohio typically range from $12 to $18 per hour, which means this pay aligns well with the lower to mid-level of the industry standard. Factors such as the cost of living in Cleveland and the demand for healthcare support roles also support this earning potential. However, those with specialized training or certifications may command higher wages, and considering benefits and job stability in a post-pandemic context can also affect the attractiveness of this hourly rate.
