Job Title: Personal Care Attendant

Company: Norwill Healthcare Services, LLC.

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay: $15 – 17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $17 for a Personal Care Attendant in Cleveland, OH, falls within a competitive range, though it tends to be slightly below the national average for similar positions, which often ranges from $16 to $20 per hour depending on experience and specific duties. Factors such as local demand, cost of living, and job responsibilities can influence this rate. In Cleveland, the cost of living is relatively moderate, so while the offered rate may attract some candidates, those with more experience or specialized skills may seek higher compensation. Overall, while the rate is competitive for entry-level positions, it may not fully align with industry standards for more seasoned professionals in this field.
