Position Summary

In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and supporting Membership by providing insightful information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of our Company products and services. Your responsibilities will include processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and actively working towards meeting Membership goals.

You will be responsible for maintaining the safety of the Facility by adhering to all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines. This includes conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, managing hazardous material handling and disposal, and correcting or reporting unsafe conditions to Management.

Your duties will also encompass fulfilling Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.

Completing work assignments and priorities will require utilizing policies, data, and resources. You will collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations, while effectively communicating progress and addressing improvement opportunities. Your adaptability and willingness to learn will be key in navigating change and receiving feedback.

Delivering exceptional Member service is essential, which includes acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting our Company’s products and services.
