Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete our award-winning training program to acquire the requisite knowledge and skills for customer service.

  • Adhere to a route and operational schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring timely and secure customer visits.
  • Safely operate and maintain cleanliness of the company vehicle and equipment.

  • Engage with customers in their homes or businesses to explain pest management actions taken and discuss additional services.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of customer properties, both interior and exterior.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers about actions undertaken and additional service options that enhance their pest management peace of mind.
  • Accurately complete service-related documentation using a provided handheld device.

Qualifications:

  • A valid driver’s license is a must.
