We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist in various functions of the Genoa mental health and specialty pharmacy. This role primarily involves dispensing medical prescriptions and executing necessary clerical duties under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: 225 Carlton-Davidson Lane, Room 1, Coal Grove, OH 45638

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all consumers and clinic staff
  • Fill prescription orders for verification, ensuring oversight by a registered pharmacist
  • Order, receive, and store incoming pharmacy supplies
  • Process wholesaler medication orders
  • Verify medication stock and maintain inventory records through data entry
  • Collaborate with the pharmacist to ensure pharmacy compliance with all federal and state regulations
  • Undertake various clerical duties relevant to the department
  • Communicate effectively using strong verbal and written skills
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license or Pharmacy Technician Trainee license in Ohio

  • At least 6 months of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
