Job Description
Job Title: Photo Team Manager – Ann Arbor, MI
Company: Jostens
Location: Ann Arbor, MI
Pay: $28 – 30 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $28 to $30 for a “Photo Team Manager” in Ann Arbor, MI, is relatively competitive, especially when considering the local cost of living and the typical salary range for similar positions in the photography and creative sectors. According to various salary databases and industry reports, photography management roles in urban areas often range from $25 to $45 per hour, depending on experience, responsibilities, and the size of the organization. In this context, the offered rate is on the lower end, which might make it attractive for entry-level candidates or those seeking part-time work, but it may not fully align with the expectations of more experienced professionals in the field. Overall, while the rate is acceptable, it could potentially deter higher-qualified candidates looking for more substantial compensation.
