We are currently seeking a highly skilled Planner/Scheduler Superintendent to join our team in Lima, OH.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop construction schedules informed by insights from the project team and contractor estimates.
- Load and maintain resources within schedule frameworks.
- Analyze schedules for adherence to program-level standards, ensuring data integrity in layouts and reports.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control on contractors’ schedule submissions to verify compliance with contract scope and terms.
- Evaluate critical and near-critical path activity sequences.
- Identify and communicate schedule changes and trends effectively.
- Ensure that all activity links are logically driven and aligned with project deliverables, the Project Execution Plan (PEP), Contracting Strategy, and Workforce Planning.
- Update schedule progress according to established processes and procedures.
- Actively participate in Interactive Planning and Construction Lean Planning Sessions.
- Monitor schedule performance against key performance indicators, promptly communicating any deviations.
- Verify schedule integrity by assessing logic and float, ensuring accuracy throughout.
- Prepare and distribute periodic schedule progress reports, trending charts, and analysis, leading communications and update meetings.
- Perform schedule analysis to report findings, including critical paths, longest paths, milestone deviations, and slippage, while assisting in the development of recovery plans.
- Aid in the creation of project schedule documentation such as the “Basis of Schedule” and “Schedule Management Plan.”
- Support the integration of schedule and cost to provide a unified source of truth for schedule-related data.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives that significantly influence our data-driven organization.
- Field visits may be required as part of this position.
- Prepare comprehensive daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Create and oversee construction reports for clients.
- Provide direction and supervision to contractor forces and others involved in specific assignments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction and schedule management, or up to 12 years of experience in a similar environment.
- Proficient knowledge of CPM scheduling concepts and tools, including Primavera P6.
- Competency in Microsoft Excel, Power Apps, and digital tools such as Power BI.
- Experience in the Oil and Gas industry or a similar field is preferred.
- Familiarity with stage-gated project execution processes.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively engage diverse audiences, including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
