Job Title: PM Med Tech/Caregiver

Company: Homestead

Location: Lake City, MI

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $14 for a “PM Med Tech/Caregiver” position in Lake City, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the compensation spectrum for similar roles. Typically, caregiver and medical technician positions in many regions often offer rates between $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and certification levels. In Michigan, with the rising cost of living and demand for healthcare professionals, this rate may not be competitive, suggesting potential challenges in attracting qualified candidates. Overall, the offered wage may be insufficient to align with industry standards and local economic conditions.
