Location: Bexley on Main – Mansfield, TX
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: Starting at $16/hour, plus quarterly bonuses, generous holiday provisions, and a paid day off for your birthday.

We are actively seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Porter/Groundskeeper to contribute to property upkeep, including the cleaning of amenities and breezeways, pool maintenance, and general maintenance tasks.

Ideal candidates will have experience in residential maintenance, janitorial services, housekeeping, groundskeeping, and property turnover. Familiarity with both interior and exterior maintenance is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily grounds maintenance, including the dog park and exterior amenities.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of interior hallways, assisting with general maintenance and cleaning duties.
  • Maintain the swimming pool and surrounding area to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks as needed.
