Location: Bexley Mansfield – Mansfield, TX
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Pay: Starting at $16/hour, in addition to quarterly bonuses, generous holiday time off (including your birthday as a paid day off).

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Porter/Groundskeeper to contribute to property upkeep, care for amenities, maintain breezeways, oversee pool maintenance, and perform general property maintenance tasks.

Experience in residential maintenance, janitorial services, housekeeping, groundskeeping, or property turnover is advantageous. Familiarity with interior and exterior maintenance is also a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily groundskeeping, including maintenance of the dog park and exterior amenities.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of interior hallways and assist with general maintenance tasks.
  • Regularly clean the swimming pool and surrounding areas.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks as needed.
