Job description:

We are affiliated with one of the nation’s fastest-growing wellness concepts, focused on recovery, performance, and innovative personal wellness experiences. As we prepare to open new studio locations across the Cleveland metro area, we are seeking a dynamic and proactive Pre-Sales Manager to spearhead local sales initiatives, brand activations, and engage with founding members prior to our official launch.

This role is ideal for an energetic, community-oriented professional who enjoys event planning and excels in a fast-paced sales environment. As a brand ambassador, you will represent our wellness studio at various events, pop-ups, and networking opportunities, generating excitement and cultivating a robust membership base even before we open our doors.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Membership Growth

  • Lead presale membership and revenue objectives through a creative, data-driven approach.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach initiatives.
  • Train and support associates to enhance their sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, including lead conversions, retention trends, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with franchise support to align strategies and optimize outcomes.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and host outreach events, both on-site and off-site.
  • Foster relationships with potential members through personalized follow-ups.
  • Oversee event logistics, including supplies and staffing, to ensure flawless execution.
  • Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards at all events.
  • Continuously assess and enhance event effectiveness and lead conversion rates.

Team Support & Leadership

  • Assist Studio Managers in cultivating a strong, high-performing culture.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members as necessary.
  • Lead by example in communication, work ethic, and professionalism.
  • Offer ongoing feedback and support for goal setting.

Qualifications

  • Availability for evening and weekend events as needed.
