Job Title: Prep Cook – Big E’s Sports Grill EBL

Company: Suburban Inns

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $14 – 16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $16 for a Prep Cook position at Big E’s Sports Grill in Grand Rapids, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the industry standard. As of 2023, typical hourly wages for prep cooks in the U.S. generally range from $13 to $20, with more experienced cooks or those in urban areas potentially earning higher. Given that Grand Rapids has a relatively moderate cost of living, this pay range is somewhat competitive but may not attract all skilled candidates, especially those with significant experience. Overall, while it aligns with some positions, it may benefit from being slightly higher to ensure better recruitment and retention of talent in the culinary sector.
