SUMMARY OF POSITION
As a Prep Cook, you will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment, ensuring that your team has the necessary ingredients and products to deliver exceptional meals to our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare cooking items as required.
  • Utilize, maintain, and clean all kitchen equipment, as well as preparation and storage areas.
  • Stock and rotate products on the line to ensure compliance with shelf life standards.
  • Accurately portion and prepare food products in accordance with specified recipes.
  • Implement FIFO (first in, first out) standards while preparing items.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, preparation areas, coolers, and storage spaces.
  • Prepare items according to established recipes and procedures.
  • Assist the dishwasher with washing and restocking dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience as a prep cook is preferred, though not required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
