Williams Lea is seeking a Presentations Associate for our Columbus, OH office, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The hourly pay ranges from $20.25 to $21.32.

The Presentations Associate will play a crucial role in delivering presentation services for our clients.
Job Duties:
- Utilize appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all presentation work.
- Thoroughly assess job requests to ensure completion of tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage in presentation design tasks including creating pitch books and materials, editing, and error correction across various document types to support client branding; manage intake and workflow coordination as necessary.
- Adhere to established procedures, standards, and formats for editing, proofreading, and completing presentation requests to meet client expectations.
- Demonstrate proficiency with the equipment, technology, and software essential for job functions.
- Maintain clear communication with team members, leads, supervisors, or clients regarding job progress and deadlines.
- Consistently meet contractual deadlines for service delivery.
- Troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues.
- Assist in fostering a proactive environment that focuses on continuous service enhancement and relationship building with clients.
- Perform quality assurance checks on personal work and that of colleagues, as needed.
- Adhere to Williams Lea Tag policies along with any client-specific guidelines.

Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of presentation experience, preferably within a legal, banking, or large corporate setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) with strong keyboarding skills.
- Familiarity with additional software for editing and creating documents, specifically Adobe PDF and Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Intermediate knowledge of grammar, spelling, and composition relevant to work requests.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
- Capability to handle sensitive and confidential documents and information.
