Job description:

Location: Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience, starting at $15 per hour.

We are currently hiring for the following shifts:

  • PRN Afternoon Shift
  • PRN Midnight Shift

Join our team as a Home Care Worker and engage in fulfilling work—without the need for travel! Our clients reside within our gated retirement community. As a caregiver, you will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, manage housekeeping and meal preparation, and escort residents to appointments and social events.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Deliver non-medical personal care and assist with activities of daily living.
  • Support residents by performing routine housekeeping tasks, meal planning and preparation, pet care, closet organization, and kitchen chores.
  • Escort residents to appointments and social activities.
  • Enhance psychosocial well-being by fostering meaningful relationships.
  • Promptly notify the office of any changes in a resident’s condition.
  • Adhere to all departmental policies, procedures, and care standards.
  • Maintain competency in required job skills and knowledge.

What You Will Need

  • A minimum of one year of experience as a care provider for the senior population is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
